Refund policy

All sales are final.  Please be aware all items are vintage and pre-loved.  Please review all photos prior to purchasing.  Please contact us if you would like additional photos or have questions about an item.  All Repurposed Luxury pieces are legally and authentically sourced.  These items are limited and will have patina and surface scratches.  We are not associated with any luxury brand and do not claim any rights to trademarks or logos.

If your purchase is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately.  Please send a minimum of 5 photos of the package prior to opening and several photos of any damages.  All claims must be made within 2 weeks of shipment.

Please make sure your address is correct on the order.  We are not responsible for lost packages due to address error.  If package is lost due to incorrect address it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS or UPS.
